Rainbow bruschette
You are having friends for dinner and no ideas of how to amuse their gueule? You are subject to random attacks of hunger during the day and you are tired of the same snacks?
I have just the right solution for you: Rainbow bruschette.
This recipe is extremely quick and easy to make, it is light and healthy but also extremely delicious! And what’s fun about this is that you can mix and match the ingredients as you prefer.

Prep time: 10 minutes
What you’ll need:
- 8 slices of tigelle (or slices of bread, of course)
- 2 red cherry tomatoes
- 2 orange cherry tomatoes
- 2 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 green cherry tomatoes
- evo oil, garlic and salt
- oregano
- balsamic vinegar sauce
- mixed seeds
- black and pink pepper
Slightly toast the bread on a pan, and spread oil and garlic on each slice.
Put one sliced cherry tomato per slice and sprinkle some salt.
• Classic: red cherry tomatoes with oregano
• Chic: orange cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar sauce
• Organic: yellow cherry tomatoes with mixed seeds (I used flaxseeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
• Hipster: green cherry tomatoes with black and pink peppercorn
