An idea of comfort food

This Korean-inspired food is just perfect for winter or lazy days.

Comfy and warming, it is obviously super easy to make - and brings back many memories of my life in Asia :)

Yield: 2-3 portions

What you’ll need:

- 1 cup canned tuna

- 2 potatoes

- 1 pak choi

- 1 onion

- 2 hot peppers (1 red and 1 green, preferably)

- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1-2 tsp gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 minced garlic clove

- a pinch of salt

To prepare the broth, pour water into a bowl and mix cayenne pepper, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic and salt.

Once it starts boiling, add the chopped potatoes, the sliced pak choi and onion, the minced hot pepper and the tuna.

Bring to a boil again and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked (according to the type you are using).

Enjoy!
